Life on the farm depends on coexisting with creatures who provide essential benefits, despite the nuisance they sometimes seem to cause. Just as farmers and gardeners harmoniously combine two seemingly incompatible ideas, our brewers bring together components from these two distinctive IPA styles for the creation of something novel and exciting.Wayward Woodchuck highlights a medley of Simcoe, Strata, and Citra hops. Sunflower gold in appearance with minimal haze, an aromatic blend of bright citrus, dank resin, and vibrant pine is gracefully grounded by a clean malt presence, and soft, grassy bitterness. Dry and incredibly enjoyable.
