Can I place my order for in-store or curbside pickup?
Yes. During checkout, simply select "Store Pickup" as your preferred fulfillment method. You may choose between in-store pickup or curbside pickup, depending on availability at your selected location.

Pickup availability is based on store hours, order volume, and product availability. Only available time windows will be shown at checkout. If your preferred time is unavailable, we recommend placing your order earlier or later.

No, we do not charge a service fee for store pickup orders. Curbside pickup is also free of charge.

Once your order has been submitted, we are unable to make changes online. If you need to modify or cancel your order, contact the Luekens store location listed in your confirmation email.

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. A second email will be sent once your order is ready for pickup. Please wait for this notification before arriving at the store.

Yes, subject to our Return Policy, Terms & Conditions, and any applicable state laws. Returns are only accepted for unopened and undamaged items. Some states restrict alcohol returns unless the product is spoiled or unfit for consumption.

How will I know when my order is ready?
We will send you an email notification once your order is prepared and ready for pickup. Please wait until you receive this confirmation before visiting the store.

For in-store pickup, visit the customer service or web order desk inside the store. For curbside pickup, park in the designated curbside zone (where available) and call the number posted on signage or listed in your email.

Once you arrive, follow the instructions in your order confirmation email or call the number posted outside. Please have your order number ready and ensure you included your vehicle make, model, and color during checkout to help expedite service.

You will need a valid government-issued ID showing you are 21 years of age or older, and a copy of your order confirmation (printed or digital). If someone else is picking up for you, they must also be 21+ and provide proof of authorization.

Yes. You may designate an alternate pickup person during checkout or by calling the store. The designated individual must be at least 21 years old and present both valid ID and the order confirmation.

We will hold your pickup order for up to 14 days from the date of your order confirmation. If you are unable to pick up within this timeframe, please call the store to request a possible extension. Unclaimed orders may be cancelled and refunded.

Check your "Ready for Pickup" email, which includes a summary of items prepared, and verify all products are included before leaving the store. If an item is missing but was listed in your confirmation, please notify the Luekens store staff before departing the premises.

Yes. Our team will verify your ID visually and place your order directly into your vehicle. No signature or physical handoff is required unless state law mandates otherwise.
