What is the difference between Shipping & Delivery?

Shipping refers to orders sent via UPS or other licensed carriers to eligible states outside our local delivery range. Delivery refers to orders fulfilled by Luekens or authorized third-party couriers, available only within Florida in specific areas. Same-day and scheduled local deliveries are temperature-controlled and require ID verification upon arrival.

Which delivery providers do you deliver with?

Most delivery orders are fulfilled by Uber or other authorized third-party last-mile providers, depending on your location and product availability. Select scheduled deliveries to specific counties within Florida—such as Pasco, Pinellas, Hillsborough, and others—are fulfilled directly by Luekens using our temperature-controlled vehicles, subject to availability and local delivery schedules. Delivery method and availability will be shown at checkout based on your address.

Where can you deliver to?

We offer delivery only in select areas within Florida.

Same-day delivery is available within approx. 20 miles of any Luekens store.

Luekens Scheduled delivery is available outside that range on specific days to the following counties:

  • Monday: Pasco, Hernando, Citrus, West Sumter, North Tampa
  • Wednesday: North Pinellas, Hillsborough, Polk
  • Friday: South Pinellas, Manatee, Sarasota, Charlotte

Can I choose when to have my order delivered?

Yes. If delivery is available in your area, you’ll be prompted to select a delivery window during checkout. Same-day orders allow for faster windows. Scheduled deliveries outside the 20-mile radius occur on the designated weekdays listed above.

Do I have to be 21 years of age or older to have alcohol delivered?

Yes. A valid government-issued ID must be presented by someone 21 or older at the time of delivery. Orders cannot be left unattended, and we cannot deliver to anyone underage or without valid identification.

Will I have access to the same prices and deals as in-store?

Yes. Local delivery orders placed through our website or mobile app generally reflect the same pricing and promotions available in-store, subject to certain limitations, product availability and applicable terms. However, our Price Match Guarantee does not apply to delivery orders.

Can I send a delivery to someone else as a gift?

Absolutely! During checkout, enter the recipient’s name, address, and phone number. Use the Order Notes field to include a personalized message or delivery instructions. Please confirm that the recipient will be available to accept the delivery and is 21+ with valid ID.

Can I add delivery instructions?

Yes. At checkout, there’s a field to include delivery notes—such as gate codes, preferred access points, or recipient information. For changes after the order is placed, please contact us the local store the delivery order was placed through as soon as possible.

How much does delivery cost?

Our standard same-day local delivery fee is $4.99 for addresses within 10 miles of the selected store and $9.99 for deliveries within 11 to 20 miles.

For scheduled deliveries fulfilled by Luekens to designated counties, the standard delivery fee can range from $9.99 to $15.99 per order.

These fees do not include any applicable redelivery or restocking fees, which may apply in the event of a failed delivery attempt.

Can I cancel or modify my delivery order?

If your order hasn’t left our store or warehouse, we may be able to cancel or modify it. Please contact us as soon as possible at customerservice@luekensliquors.com. If the order has already been dispatched, changes are not guaranteed and may incur restocking or redelivery fees.

What other terms, conditions or restrictions may apply to my delivery order?

By placing a delivery order, you agree to our full Terms & Conditions.

Additional restrictions include:

  • Kegs are not available for delivery.
  • Orders may be delayed or canceled due to inclement weather, high volume, or unsafe delivery conditions.
  • Luekens is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged product once the order leaves our custody and is delivered to a third-party or person you designate to receive it.

What can I do if my delivery was received damaged?

If your delivery arrived with damaged products, please immediately contact the local store the delivery order was placed through upon delivery, and provide them with your order number and be prepared to provide photos of the affected items. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue if possible.

What can I do if my delivery contained the wrong or missing product?

Please contact the local store the order was placed through immediately upon delivery with the details of the issue. Our team will review the order and make arrangements to correct it as quickly as possible.

Can I return my delivery after I received it?

Due to alcohol regulations, returns are generally not accepted unless the product is spoiled, defective, or sent in error. For more information, please review our Return Policy.

Does Luekens' Price Match Guaranty Policy apply to Deliveries?

No. The Price Match Guarantee applies to in-store purchases only and does not extend to local delivery orders.

Can weather conditions affect my delivery order?

In order to protect your products, orders may be withheld due to weather conditions, including extreme temperatures and conditions (e.g., extreme heat, extreme cold, blizzards, or other natural disasters).

What happens if no one is available to accept the delivery?

The order will not be left unattended. If delivery cannot be completed, we may attempt redelivery. If unsuccessful, your order will be returned to the store, and a restocking or redelivery fee may apply. Refunds for undelivered orders are processed after products are returned to inventory and inspected.

Can someone else receive my delivery order?

Yes—as long as the person receiving the order is 21 or older with valid ID. In some areas, the recipient must be the individual listed on the order, so please review your location-specific laws or contact us with questions.
