Refund policy

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, returns made within 30 days of purchase with a valid receipt will be exchanged or refunded to the original form of payment. All returns, exchanges, and refund requests are subject to Luekens Wine & Spirits’ Terms & Conditions, which are incorporated herein by reference. Additionally, the following terms and limitations apply:

Returns Without a Receipt

  • Returns without a valid receipt or order confirmation are not eligible for refunds. At Luekens’ sole discretion and subject to management approval, items returned without a receipt or order confirmation may be exchanged for an item of equal or greater value, provided the items are in their original, unopened condition. A valid government-issued photo ID is required.
  • The value of items returned without a receipt will be determined based on the most recent sale price.

Exclusions

The following items are not eligible for returns or exchanges:

  • Opened, partially consumed, or tampered items.
  • Spoiled, contaminated, expired, or otherwise non-consumable items.
  • Items not purchased at Luekens or items purchased at another retailer.
  • Cigars, kegs, and tobacco or tobacco-alternative products.
  • Allocated, limited availability, or final sale items, including special releases and promotional products.
  • Items purchased through third-party delivery platforms (e.g., DoorDash, UberEats), which must follow the third party’s return policies.

Returns for In-Store Purchases

Items purchased directly at a Luekens retail location must be returned in-store to the same location. All returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase and must meet the eligibility requirements listed above. If you are returning without a receipt, please refer to our 'Returns Without a Receipt' section. A valid ID is required.

Returns for Store Pickup Orders

Store pickup orders are treated the same as in-store purchases. Returns must be made in person to the same location selected at checkout. Pickup returns are subject to the same 30-day policy and exclusions.

Returns for Shipping Orders

For orders placed through Luekens’ website or shipping department for shipping through common carrier or other shipping methods, the following conditions apply:

  • All returns are subject to Luekens’ Terms & Conditions, Shipping Policy, and Return Policy.
  • To initiate a return, exchange or cancellation request, contact Customer Service at customerservice@luekensliquors.com and provide your Name, Order Number, reason for return, and any relevant documentation or photographs to support your request.
  • Return, exchange or cancellation requests must be initiated within 30 days of purchase or within three (3) days of delivery, whichever occurs first.
  • All return, exchange or cancellation requests require the physical return of the product to Luekens for review and examination. Return shipping costs and additional fees may be the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise determined by Luekens.

  • Certain items may only be returned in-store due to alcohol shipping regulations and restrictions.

Returns for Local Delivery Orders

Returns for local delivery orders—whether Scheduled, Same-Day, or Express—must be initiated within three (3) days of delivery and are subject to the terms below:

  • Scheduled Local Delivery: For orders delivered through our Lueken Scheduled Local Delivery program, return requests must be submitted to Customer Service at customerservice@luekensliquors.com. You must provide your name, order number, and reason for return.
  • Same-Day or Express Local Delivery: For orders delivered via Same-Day or Express Local Delivery (typically fulfilled by Lueken store directly through UberDirect), you must contact the Luekens store that fulfilled your order to initiate the return process.
  • All local delivery returns must be completed in-store. Products must be physically returned by the customer to a Luekens retail location. We are unable to arrange return pickups via courier, driver, or third-party.
  • All products must be unopened and meet our general eligibility requirements.
  • Any redelivery or return-related transportation costs and fees are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise determined. 

Returns for Mobile App, DoorDash, or UberEats Purchases

If your purchase was made through a third-party platform such as DoorDash or UberEats, please contact the respective third-party provider directly for return or exchange requests, as these are subject to their policies. Luekens cannot process returns for these platforms.

Special Offers and Coupons

  • If a return results in the disqualification of a special offer or coupon applied to the original purchase, the value of the offer or coupon will be deducted from the refund amount. 

Important Notes

  • Luekens reserves the right to deny returns or exchanges for items that do not meet the conditions outlined above.
  • Cancellation, restocking, redelivery or change of address fees may apply in certain cases, including:
    • Opened packages
    • Cancelled special orders
    • Cancelled or modified orders after packing
    • Orders already in transit or shipped
    • Returns initiated outside the permitted return window
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for refunds to be reflected in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Returns involving gifts may only be eligible for in-store exchange if no receipt is provided.
