A hand selected, premium Irish whiskey expression that is crafted in small batches using some of Ireland’s finest malt and grain whiskeys. The Whistler's Head Distiller selects the finest whiskeys matured exclusively in ex-bourbon barrels before transferring them into the company's signature Oloroso sherry barrels for six months, which creates a complex and full bodied whiskey.
