Stephane Aviron Moulin a Vent

This wine has expressive black cherry and wild strawberry aromas with a firm structure in the mouth. Its mineral underpinning and firm but ripe tannins help it age perhaps longer than any of the Beaujolais crus. The Moulin à Vent is very elegant yet fleshy, and can be enjoyed right away or aged for several year.
