Star and Key Indian Ocean Rum

A smooth yet complex, single estate rum. Made from fresh cane grown on the estate, it is distilled in a coffey still that is nestled amongst the cane fields to ensure maximum freshness of ingredients. Our VSOP rum is aged exclusively in slow-toasted, french oak cognac casks for a richness and depth that must be sipped to be believed.Sweet with toffee, butterscotch and nutmeg. Vanilla, plums and figs. Rich and smooth with dark toffee, honeycomb, hazelnut, orange and apricot. Subtle vegetal undertones. Cinnamon, toasted oak spices and chocolate orange.
