Rosaluna Artesanal Joven Mezcal

I bought this because it was not expensive from somewhere else cause it said on the tag it was additive free which I look for with spirits, wether or not mezcal is allowed to use additives is beyond me. I mainly use spirits in cocktails and it was amazing as a martini with dry vermouth with the dry vermouth add a saline note that complemented it. It gets lost in drinks where the ingredients are loud like a Negroni for me. I want the smoke to punch to make the mezcal noticeable. I personally would go for illegal for a drink like a Negroni. If you’re a beginner with mezcal, give it a try.
