Then, there are times when the aromatics are intense and complex, full of roses, red apples, peaches, orange blossoms and strawberries. Crunchy red fruits, orange zest and lemon provide acidity that hits the palate differently in the beginning, middle and end. It’s almost like he has been making a rosé for 30 years.
