Olianas Vermentino

Intense notes of pink grape fruit and lemon with hints of spices and bread crust. It is refreshing and quite round on the palate with a very pleasant finish. Perfect as aperitif, it pairs well with fish dishes, also very tasty and medium aged cheese. Aromas suggesting yellow stone fruit and vanilla form the delicate nose. The palate is less expressive and on the lean side, offering dried peach slice, orange zest and a hint of toasted almond alongside tangy acidity.
