Discover Italy’s hidden gems in an unforgettable evening of wine and culinary artistry. On Friday, October 24th at 7:00 PM, we’ll journey through five of Italy’s most celebrated wine regions, each paired with thoughtfully crafted dishes by the chefs at Island Way.

• Your guided tasting will feature:
  • Greeting Pour: Monogram Franciacorta Blanc de Blanc – Lombardy (Brescia)- Sparkling and refined, the perfect start to the evening.
  • First Course: Formentini Pinot Grigio – Collio- Paired with Hogfish, Clearwater tomato, onion, capers, garlic, basil, and Parmesan.
  • Second Course: Castello Monaci Kreos Rosato – Puglia- Paired with Seared Tuna.
  • Third Course:  Nino Negri Inferno – Valtellina (Nebbiolo)- Paired with Stuffed Chicken, Fontina cheese, prosciutto, mushrooms, citrus, basil, and butter.
  • Fourth Course: Re Manfredi Aglianico – Basilicata- Paired with Filet Mignon with a red wine demi-glace.
