Neyers 304 Sonoma Chardonnay

The Neyers 304 Chardonnay is an unoaked wine which is sourced from two vineyards—one in Carneros and one in the Russian River Valley. Both sites are particularly cool and late-ripening with rocky soils. The fruit is hand-harvested and aged on the natural lees for several months after fermentation. Malolactic fermentation completes about halfway before bottling and the resulting wine is fresh and citric.
