The Mönchshof Keller is brewed by the German Mönchshof Brewery, located in Kulmbach in Bavaria. The brewery is located where the Langheim convent once stood. For more than 600 years beer has been produced according to the Bavarian tradition.
This bottom-fermented, unfiltered beer is brewed with water from the nearby Fichtelberg mountain, with Bavarian-grown malt grains, Hallertau hops and its own natural yeasts.
Mönchshof Keller is a cloudy amber beer, with a delicate and balanced flavor, with hints of fresh fruit and caramel.
