Crafted from lightly peated Indian six-row malted barley, this is matured in first-fill bourbon, Pedro Xime´nez, and oloroso sherry casks.
Tempting aromas of sliced apple, nectarine, vanilla frosting, and milk chocolate are followed by cocoa powder, burnt heather twigs, and fine spices. Vanilla essence, peat smoke, overripe banana, and chocolate-covered toffee on the palate, finishing with honeydew and red currant amid smoky embers and settling ash.
