Distilled in Bardstown, Kentucky, The Bivouac combines two straight bourbons, curated to appeal to those seeking rounded flavors: 95% of the blend is distilled from a mash bill of 74% corn, 18% rye, and 8% malted barley, and the other 5% is distilled from a high malted barley mash aged for at least eight years. Pronounced “be-voo-ak”Company provided tasting notes:
- Nose: Cinnamon, vanilla, hint of straw and stone fruit
- Palate: Sweetness with honey, subtle dark chocolate, oak
