Heavensake Sake Baby Junmai Ginjo

A Franco-Japanese composition by Regis Camus in Collaboration with Urakasumi.  This playful sake is a delicately balanced junmai ginjo blend with a dry yet fruity aroma and a crisp finish. crafted in japan by hakushika, sake baby brings notes of jasmine, violet, silky pears and white plum into your glass. it pairs well with home food favourites like sushi, pizza, pasta and a touch of daft punk.The Nose is delicate and lightly floral with hints of citrus; evokes memories of blooming orchards in the spring.  The flavor becomes mild, crisp exotic fruits, low acidity.
