Doladira was perfected through a multi-year collaboration between Meredith Erickson & CKBG co-founder, Richard Betts, to bring an aperitivo that uses only the best ingredients, to elevate any occasion, in the world.Doladira is a rhubarb infusion with notes of plum, gentian, and rosemary. Doladira is crafted with natural alpine ingredients. With no chemicals or artificial flavors, it has 60% less sugar than the market leaders. Doladira hits the perfect balance of bitterness, acidity, herbaceousness, and salinity.
