Clase Azul Mezcal Durango is artisanally crafted from cenizo agave (Agave durangensis), a variety native to the highlands of Durango in Northern Mexico. The agave hearts are slow-cooked in traditional pit ovens with firewood and volcanic rock, imparting the spirit with its distinctive smoky character and notes of charred agave.
Its striking decanter celebrates Mexican artistry with a handcrafted cap adorned with intricate floral and geometric designs. Each design is created through the individual application of colored beads, a meticulous process that takes approximately one hour to complete.
