Blend Chateau Le Bonnat Rouge consists of Merlot (55%) and Cabernet Sauvignon (45%). Harvested by hand. After fermentation at 30 ° C and 15 days with daily maceration blending wine aged 12 months in oak casks. The wine can be consumed young after obligatory decanting or stored for 3-10 years.
