  • All ticket sales are final. Refunds will only be issued if the event is canceled by the host. If you are unable to attend, refund requests must be discussed and approved prior to the day of the event.
  • Please plan to arrive on time, as the dinner experience and wine pairings will begin promptly at the scheduled start time. Depending on the event setup, late arrivals may be permitted to join the current course at the discretion of the host.
  • If attending with a group, we kindly encourage early arrival to help ensure your party can be seated together. While we will do our best to accommodate group seating requests, it cannot be guaranteed for late arrivals.
