To achieve this perfect combination of salty and sour, loved by so many meant trying different recipes to meet our standards. We found that the robust potato taste of our kettle-cooked chips called for a bit more vinegar to produce truly satisfying flavor. We start with choice potatoes and slice them perfectly, cooking them in custom kettles, one small batch at a time.
