Codorníu Ars Collecta represents the legacy of almost five centuries of winemaking expertise. Our experience, together with an exhaustive understanding of our vineyards, have allowed us to create this unique blend of Chardonnay with Xarel·lo and Parellada.Ars Collecta Blanc de Blancs is a sparkling wine Brut Reserva made by the Codorníu winery with the typical white varieties of the D.O. Cava and aged underground at a constant temperature for 35 months.Ars Collecta Blanc de Blancs 2021 enchants with an enthralling bouquet, where the scents of peach and nectarine are prominent, interwoven with hints of brioche and nuts, imparting a delicate sweetness. On the palate, it unfolds as a sophisticated and complex cava, notable for its harmony and creamy texture that lingers in a prolonged and delightful finish.  11.5% ABV
