Giocato Pinot Grigio

Giocato’s Pinot Grigio offers much more texture and richness than we typically find at this price.  Enjoy aromas and flavors of citric and yellow peach layered with minerals on a medium body.   Low yields lend it concentrated viscosity, and the palate offers a perfect balance of fruit and acidity. Aleks Simčič, of the Edi Simčič estate in Slovenia, is one of the finest winemakers in Eastern Europe. He works with a handful of growers to make the impressively affordable Giocato wines.  Enjoy sipping on this as an aperitif, or pair it with spinach feta pie, vegetable risotto, or fish with herbs and lemon.
