Sutter Home was the first winery to create White Zinfandel in the 1970s. The concentrated free-run juice of Zinfandel grapes is cold-fermented at 60°F in stainless-steel tanks to enhance the wine’s fresh aromas, fruity flavors and crisp acidity.
