Ribolla Gialla 41%, Tocai Friulano 33%, Chardonnay 26%. Our flagship white wine blend sourced from small vineyards around the Napa Valley. They are harvested separately and fermented independently in French Oak and stainless steel tanks until blending six weeks before bottling. Smells like apple and citrus blossoms, honeysuckle, and wet stones. Tastes like lemons, peaches, and sea foam.
