Mijenta Reposado Symphony Series No2 Tequila

Mijenta’s Symphony Series explores the elegance of barrel aging through the use of unique casks built from staves of different wood varieties. Composed of oak from Minnesota, Missouri, Pennsylvania and Virginia, these symphony barrels create a complex ecosystem that continuously enhances the incredible richness of the tequila as it matures for approximately 8 months. As the spirit transforms and evolves, these barrels bring to life something utterly unpredictable. Bottled at 45% ABV, Mijenta’s Symphony Series No. 2 showcases the terroir of our fully mature highlands agave complemented by notes of vanilla, coconut, fruits and spices imbued by the barrel.
