Award-winning 100% Blue Weber Agave Tequila, rested and aged in American Oak whisky barrels for eight to eleven months. Flavor notes from the whiskey barrels pair perfectly with the blend of highland and lowland agave, giving Los Sundays Reposado a unique and balanced finish.Tasting Notes: A subtle rush of oak and roasted agave on the nose along with tasteful notes of white pepper, agave honey, and citrus.The Agave: Only fully mature, 100% Blue Weber agave from both the high and lowlands of the denomination of origin areas. We never use juvenile or low sugar brix content plants.Just 3 Simple Ingredients: Our Reposado is made using only mature agave, filtered volcanic deep well water, and a proprietary naturally occurring yeast for fermentation. This expression rests in oak barrels (pipones) for no more than 10 months, naturally absorbing hints of oak notes and giving our reposado its darker golden-colored finish. Nothing outside these 3 ingredients is added.
