Bitter aromas with notes of orange zest finely balanced with vanilla, cardamom and ginger root.  The engaging bitter sweet sensation leaves a renewed desire to taste again.  The perfect balance of ingredients; the stimulating and spiced notes on the mouth and the moderate alcohol content are the strong points of this Venetian classic. A great bitter liqueur for aperitifs – it helps trigger the brain into "eating mode,” preparing the stomach for a meal. Served on the rocks or as an ingredient in cocktails, garnished with an olive.
