The colour is a deep ruby red. The bouquet is rich with red fruit such as Blackberries and cranberries and balsamic final. In the mouth is balanced with elegant tannins, acidity and a rich and spicy palate with black fruit, spices such as cloves and pepper and a tangy finish. Ideal with red meat like Boar and Hare.
