On the nose is a pronounced cooked cereal note and aromas of tropical and stone fruits. There is a hint of honey sweetness, some anise notes, and some walnut.On the palate, it’s dry, with just a fleeting hint of sweetness. It features dried tropical and stone fruit notes, some patisserie/graham cracker flavors, anise/herbal notes, and mild but persistent pepperiness.The finish is long, with slightly sweet, dried fruit and a lingering pepperiness.
