The Sherry Cask aging comes through profoundly with the subtle peat and whiskey undertone

The Sherry Cask aging comes through profoundly with the subtle peat and whiskey undertone. A very pleasant sipper neat. Touch of water and the aromatics come through with sweet and spice introduction. Second sip brings a more peaty finish leaving sherry hints. Very happy.
