Redemption Cask Series Bourbon Finished in Cognac

This fine whiskey starts with High Rye Bourbon which is finished in authentic Pierre Ferrand Cognac casks. After transferring the High Rye Bourbon from new American White Oak barrels to the Cognac casks, the whiskey matures for an additional year and a half, drawing rich flavors and subtle sweetness from the casks. When the whiskey is ready to be enjoyed it delivers elegant and bold flavors, and traditional bourbon notes balanced with a warming sweetness and Redemption's signature rye-forward finish.
