A captivating Cabernet Sauvignon with notes of cassis, cedar, and ripe red fruit complemented by hints of sage. Boasting the classic Paso Robles dust notes, every sip is textured with bold tannins providing structure and a lush mouthfeel, giving a luxurious finish that leaves a lasting impression.

Varietals: 76% Cabernet Sauvignon, 18% Petite Sirah, 6% Syrah

Customers praised this full-bodied Cabernet for its "good taste and finish" and excellent value. Shoppers noted it pairs well with food and works for everyday or special occasions. Some felt it lacked fruit-forward notes and deep richness compared to premium California cabernets. One reviewer mentioned sediment issues.

I like a fruit forward cab and this was not quite there for me

I like a fruit forward cab and this was not quite there for me. It is very good with food and I am sure many who like a dry red will enjoy. I will share it with family and friends.

A good buy for the discounted price

A good buy for the discounted price, but lacks the deep, rich finish of other quality California cabernets.

Sediments

There was a some sediments that had to be strained, unusual for a youg wine.
