Wairau River Sauvignon Blanc

A classic example of New Zealand sauvignon blanc, the nose is intense, powerful, and highly aromatic with aromas of grapefruit zest, passion fruit, lime, lemongrass, and guava leaping out of the glass. Savoury notes of asparagus, tomato leaf, and bell pepper are present too, along with a hint of mint and blackcurrant leaf. The palate is dry with refreshing acidity, a medium body, and a salty finish. Enjoy it on a hot day.
