The first offering of the series is a 7 year, 6 month Kentucky Straight Bourbon finished in rare casks made from Japanese Mizunara Oak.Sweet vanilla, baking spices, light oak. Caramel and brown sugar with hints of sandalwood throughout the mid-palate. Medium; spicy wood notes permeate the mid palate.
