Siesta Key Rum Toasted Coconut 100 Proof

Bottled at a volcanic 100 proof, this rum is still perfectly smooth, sippable and absolutely loaded with real coconut taste! The goal with this version of our Toasted Coconut Rum was to have a more intense coconut flavor that can also stand up better in/on a cocktail. To reach that goal we put in more toasted coconut flakes, eliminated the vanilla, and lowered the amount of honey.
