Bib & Tucker Double Char Bourbon

Bib & Tucker Double Char Bourbon develops its unique flavor from a perfect amount of aging and our unique double char barrel method. Over the years we tested multiple ways to craft a bourbon that captures the unique smoky flavor of food cooked on the open flame. After multiple barrel trials, we crafted our own unique process. Double Char is first aged 6 years in one new white American oak barrel & then we age it in a new second charred & smoked barrel for a minimum of 5 months. This unique double char method creates the savory smoky notes and exceptionally smooth finish of Bib & Tucker Double Char.Nose: A touch of smoke with immediate notes of toasted oak and dulce de leche, with background notes of cinnamon and clove.
Palate: Vanilla and sugar maple surrounded with white smoke, hints of sweet corn, and toasted cinnamon.
Finish: Medium to long finish with oak, white smoke, and vanilla.
Color: Deep, rich mahogany with copper undertonesMASH BILL: Corn, Rye, Barley
Twice Barreled: First for a minimum of 6 years and then finished for a minimum of 5 months in a new second charred barrel, which has been smoked with maple wood.
