Keepers Heart American Pot Still

Keeper's Heart opened in 2019 with the mission of crafting Irish-style whiskey in Minnesota. Led by Brian Nation, former head distiller at Midleton, this marks their first 100% self-distilled release. True to Irish pot still tradition, it's made with equal parts unmalted and malted barley, then matured in new American oak. The result is oily and rich on the palate—layered with bright fruit notes and plump grain character that builds with each sip. A distinctive American take on a classic Irish style.
