Sarti Rosa is a vibrant, pink Italian aperitif produced by the Campari Group. It blends Sicilian blood orange with mango and passion fruit, offering a sweet, tart, and fruity profile at 14% ABV. It is most commonly used to make a "Sarti Spritz".
The original Sarti Rosa Spritz recipe requires:
- 3 parts Prosecco
- 2 parts Sarti Rosa
- 1 part sparkling water or soda
- Ice cubes and a slice of lime for garnish
