Schramsberg Mirabelle Blanc de Blanc

With great enthusiasm, we present this one-of-a-kind, late-disgorged offering of our flagship Blanc de Blancs, blended from our select range of Chardonnay vineyards in Californias North Coast. Blanc de Blancs (white from white), made from the Chardonnay grape, is the counterpart to the Blanc de Noirs (white from black), which is made from Pinot Noir.County Composition: 60% Napa, 22% Mendocino, 15% Sonoma, 3% MarinExhibits aromas of white peach, apricots and roasted pear. This complex fruitful nature is complemented by hints of roasted almond, cinnamon sugar toast, and holiday spice.  The wine fills the mouth with vibrant acidity, featuring pineapple and bright citrus, balanced by warm spices, lemon bar, and candied ginger.
