Of all vineyard wines of the company, Calderara Sottana is perhaps the most complete as it contains and displays a wide range of flavours, bouquets, and nuances.This is the entry-level red from Tenuta delle Terre Nere. This winery, owned by Marc de Grazia and set on the northern slopes of Mount Etna in Sicily, is responsible for putting Etna wines on the World map.Color is ruby red. Nose offers ripe fruits and sweet spices. On the palate is fresh, fine balanced and rich, very elegant.Pair this wine alongside pasta dishes, meat dishes, and fresh cheeses.
