Trillium Brewing Nelson Sauvin Cutting Tiles Double IPA explores the aromatic potential of single-hop varietals, enhanced by the unique addition of raw wildflower honey. This iteration showcases the captivating Nelson Sauvin hop used in the kettle, whirlpool, and two generous dry hop additions. The local wildflower honey contributes to a light and drinkable body while providing a subtle floral and earthy foundation.A hazy, golden straw color.  Intensely aromatic, bursting with sweet tropical fruit notes, bright citrus, and a hint of vanilla. Bold flavors of pulpy grapefruit, zesty lemon-lime, and ripe kiwi dominate the palate.
