The Botanist Islay Dry Gin

The Botanist is a highly distinctive, complex, floral gin with vivid nose of sweet delicate menthol, apple mint, spring woodlands, juniper and coriander with orange peel, wild mint and aniseed undertones. The palate is rich and mellow, with refreshing notes of citrus fruit, which leads to well integrated notes of juniper, summer flowers, honey and summer meadows. Hints of coconut and wild mint linger through the long, structured finish.
