
When we think about what makes Pumpkin Spice delicious, we think of rich baking spices and creamy, vanilla tones. There’s a lot of synergy there with what our winemaking teams do when selecting certain oak profiles for wine. We tested a dozen different oak types in the winemaking process in search of the ones that bring out that super “craveable” flavor profile.
