At 17% ABV, our collaboration with Omnipollo makes a grand return after 24 months aging in a Weller barrel. This rich creation features an infusion of banana, peanut, chocolate sandwich cookies, Madagascar vanilla, and lactose. It pours pitch black with an enticing aroma of crushed chocolate-covered peanuts and split vanilla beans. The flavor profile is dominated by chocolate, with notes of bourbon-glazed peanuts, banana frosting, chocolate cookie wafers, and marshmallow fluff. Its velvety texture is complemented by subtle hints of boozy vanilla barrel heat, which perfectly balances the complex array of adjuncts
