Bove Vouvray

This wine is an off-dry Chenin Blanc made in the appellation of Vouvray, the central Loire Valley birthplace of this world-class grape.This is a traditional style of Vouvray, bottled with a touch of residual sugar, which allows its incisive fruit to age long and gracefully. Here the chalky limestone soil produces an elegant, fresh and fruity wine, one that is perfect as an aperitif, with spicy food or strong cheese.
