Nicolas Feuillatte Brut Vintage 2012

The Collection Vintage 2012 is a cuvée of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier in equal measure, the result of an incredible vintage in Champagne, that of 2012. The vinification takes place in steel vats at a controlled temperature and ages in the cellar for at least 9 years.In the glass, the Champagne has a golden yellow color with a fine and persistent perlage. On the nose there are elegant notes of acacia honey, candied fruit and brioche, while the sip emphasizes the balanced structure of the wine, which reserves a sensual complexity on the palate. A high-level Champagne, perfect for refined combinations such as risotto with mushrooms, wild boar with olives, but also with rich, long-leavening desserts such as panettone.Nicely complex aromas with toasty, honey and nougat notes. Palate with good complexity and a lingering richness on the finish.
