
The 2021 William Hill North Coast Cabernet Sauvignon opens with aromas of dark fruit and baking spice. The softly textures palate is marked by notes of blueberry compote, fig and caramel with subtle hints of vanilla and dried herbs.
Fruit for our 2021 North Coast Cabernet Sauvignon was stemmed and crushed prior to fermentation in stainless steel tanks a a maximum temperature of 90F. Following fermentation, this wine underwent malolactic fermentation to soften mouthfeel before oak aging.
