- Amber colour, luminous, with greenish reflections.
- Predominant aromas of noble oak – mahogany – roasted coffee, with saline and mineral notes, combined with unmistakable signs of a very old Amontillado, including hints of hazelnuts, walnuts, and toasted chestnuts.
- Silky and dry, with an intensity reminiscent of almond and hazelnut flavours.
