Colomé's 2021 Torrontés Estate from Salta, Calchaqui Valley is yellow in hue with a citrussy profile of basil, lemon and lychee along with a faint whiff of orange blossom. Indulgent and voluminous but refreshing with good fat and an idiosyncratically nimble flow, the finish is bold and citrussy. An unusual style for Torrontés, it's both richer and fresher than in previous years.
